Terms & Conditions

By creating an account and using the myPCM System (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the PCM System, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through pcm.oi.co.zw.

2. Eligibility

You must be a current student or alumni of a recognized tertiary institution and a member (or intending member) of a Public Campus Ministry (PCM) chapter to register and use the Platform.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers/networks connected to it.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., CV, profile information), but you grant PCM a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, and display this content within the Platform for operational and administrative purposes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the community.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCM, its officers, directors, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
